Served more than 18 countries & 21 years of experience and expertise in Comprehensive Interdisciplinary Development fields, Think Tank initiatives and served major disasters events in South, Central, South-East Asia/ Indo pacific regions apart from Europe and USA.

I have successfully led 14 international DRM missions,38 Humanitarian projects and technical Programme roles involving supporting country partnership strategies, investment projects, and technical assistance programs aligned with organizational strategies and regional priorities.

He is presently Serving as Adviser to World Bank Funded Disaster Risk Management Project with Government of Maharashtra and CEED-India Programme Director & Strategic Adviser. Presently serving as Professor & Director in the International Centre of Excellence on Disaster Medicine, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management in University of Patanjali, Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

He served as European Center for Disaster Medicine, CEMEC, San Marino President’s representative for South Asia and Himalayan Region/Countries and Adjourn Professor with Odisha State Open University, OSOU, Disaster Management Dept.

He served for 34 International Humanitarian mission including Kenyon International, USA as Personal Effect Specialist for flight 171 Personal Effect support Aviation Disaster 2025.

International Disaster Risk Management Specialist and Deputy Team Leader to Asian Development Bank- Disaster Resilience Programme, Brahmaputra River Basin, North East, India and Agartala Urban Infrastructure Development Project, Tripura-PMU Supported by ADB.

World Bank funded Health Risk assessment project as a Health Specialist to Develop and Design Comprehensive Disaster Preparedness and Capacity Building Plan for the state of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, India.

He served as Professor and Dean-Research & International Affairs, Madhyanchal Professional University, India presently with Patnjali University , India and Programme Director,CEED,India.
