Who We Are
Network for Education, Development & Access (NEDA) is a Maryland-based nonprofit corporation organized exclusively for charitable, educational, humanitarian, and development purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
NEDA was established to address barriers that limit access to education, essential services, and development opportunities. Through collaboration, community engagement, and evidence-based programming, the organization seeks to promote inclusive development and social equity.

Organizational Structure
NEDA operates under a governance structure that ensures accountability, transparency, and effective leadership. The Board of Directors provides strategic oversight and fiduciary governance, while executive management oversees operational implementation and program delivery.
This structure enables the organization to maintain strong governance while ensuring efficient program execution.
Legal Status & Governance
NEDA is organized as a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Maryland and operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes consistent with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The organization does not participate in political campaigns or activities and operates in accordance with applicable nonprofit laws and regulations.
