Maryam Lali is an English language and computer instructor from Afghanistan, committed to expanding access to education, particularly for women and girls who have been deprived of learning opportunities.
Since 2023, she has been actively engaged in teaching computer skills, including ICDL, alongside English language instruction, supporting learners in developing practical knowledge and confidence. Her work focuses on creating learning opportunities for those who face barriers to formal education.
She is strongly dedicated to empowering women through education and believes that teaching is not only a profession but also a responsibility in her context. Through her efforts, she aims to support girls who have been left out of the education system and help them continue learning in any way possible.
Maryam is also an advocate for women’s rights, with a particular focus on access to education. She aspires to contribute to long-term change by promoting learning opportunities and supporting the development of women in her community.
