NEDA Holds Its First Global Team Meeting

NEDA – Network for Education, Development & Access successfully held its first global team meeting, bringing together the NEDA Headquarters and members of our global team.

The meeting focused on NEDA’s mission, priorities, and the areas where we can make the greatest impact.

Education will be our first priority. NEDA will work to expand access to professional and technical education, including certification programs such as PMP, while also exploring opportunities for higher education, scholarships, and partnerships with educational institutions.

Humanitarian support and resilience will also be a major focus of NEDA’s work. We will explore and develop projects that support vulnerable communities, strengthen local resilience, and help people and communities better prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises and disasters.

Disaster management and resilience projects will be an important part of NEDA’s future programming. We will look for opportunities to work with local and international partners on practical initiatives that reduce disaster risks and strengthen community capacity.

Following the meeting, NEDA will continue conversations with partners, institutions, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop programs aligned with our mission.

This first meeting marks an important step in NEDA’s journey. We look forward to building a global network that connects education, humanitarian action, resilience, and development to create meaningful opportunities for communities around the world.
